Student Information

There are 9 Interstitial Curriculum (ISC) that will take place throughout the year. Reminders and agendas will usually go out 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date. If an ISC offers workshops, an email will go out 3 to 4 weeks prior asking students to make choices. Please be sure to respond to these emails promptly, as they do affect my ISC preparation timeline.

All ISC are graded as credit/no credit and all ISC grades will appear on your transcript. Successful completion of all ISCs will be noted in the Dean’s Letter. Receiving a “credit” is very straight forward, fulfill the following MANDATORY requirements:

• Attend and participate in the sessions
• Student will be required to sign in and out of the programs, as well as all the small group sessions (the same policy used to receive credit for continuing medical education programs)
• Complete all Pre and Post and ISC evaluations of knowledge and skills
