Program Implementation


The Office of Program Development's staff create effective implementation plans designed to achieve end results by setting up detailed action plans and projects - broken down into simple and manageable steps needed to achieve desired results.

The Office of Program Development (OPD) can take a program through all phases of program implementation. The implementation plan takes into consideration the organization’s structure, reporting streams, and reach of services. The key to the success of the implementation plan is to assign responsibility for the completion of certain tasks to specific divisions, business units, project teams.
