Project Leadership, Management & Facilitation

The Office of Program Development (OPD) is equipped to lead, manage and facilitate projects and programs. OPD staff can step into a variety of roles to bring a project to completion or a program to full operation. 

In addition, OPD staff can:

  • Provide mentoring and counseling in project management processes
  • Improve program management and design to reduce loss
  • Restructure workflows to create operational efficiencies
  • Integrate health care delivery systems
  • Improve client relationships and increase client satisfaction
  • Establish and manage procurement processes
  • Design and implement pilot programs
