Business Consultation Services 

The Office of Program Development (OPD) offers a full-spectrum of Business Consultation services. The group has experience and insight into what makes capabilities truly distinctive, and why these are critical to a lasting competitive advantage. The OPD helps to create and manage the unique sets of business processes and resources that underpin this distinctive capability. 

Services include: 

• Defining customer-centric problem-solving processes for value creation and resuction of projected losses. 
• Proposing improved workflows to create operational efficiencies 
• Integrating mental health and medical care delivery systems 
• Completing accurate comprehensive assessments of programs and contracts to determine value to CWM 
• Consulting on restructuring contracts, clarifying management responsibilities, proposing staffing models, budget and reporting functions. 
• Improving client relationships 
• Establishing and managing procurement processes for major medical services 
• Maximizing revenues by creating centralized revenue management reporting
