Business Process Assessment & Design
The Office of Program Development (OPD) performs thorough reviews of currently used business processes and provides full assessments and program design to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes. The assessments identify areas where new business opportunities could be considered and recommend process improvements based upon Best Practices.
The business process assessment and design will:
- Identify and clarify existing agreements
- Propose restructuring of agreements or processes
- Provide a staffing model with reporting functions
- Create a budget
- Determine if the organization is equipped to implement a new strategy or process.
