Business Process Assessment & Design 


The Office of Program Development (OPD) performs thorough reviews of currently used business processes and provides full assessments and program design to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes.  The assessments identify areas where new business opportunities could be considered and recommend process improvements based upon Best Practices. 

The business process assessment and design will: 

  • Identify and clarify existing agreements 
  • Propose restructuring of agreements or processes 
  • Provide a staffing model with reporting functions 
  • Create a budget 
  • Determine if the organization is equipped to implement a new strategy or process.
