Program/Product Feasibility Assessments 

The Office of Program Development (OPD) conducts feasibility assessments to help determine whether a program, product or project should move forward. 

The road map to a successful project or program is a clear understanding of the problem, the direction, and previous successes and failures of a project.   Some of the issues addressed during an assessment include: 

• Determining whether proposed strategies will resolve existing problems 
• Evaluating given and projected timelines 
• Assessing if appropriate data collection systems are in place 
• Determining if the program is sustainable
