Almost all projects require formal, detailed planning to establish the policies, procedures, and programs necessary for achieving the defined objectives. Project planning must be systematic and disciplined (through monitoring, reviewing and controls), yet be flexible enough to adapt to change. This training module will help you understand what must occur during the planning phase of a project. Topics include: Creation of the Project Plan/Work Breakdown Structure, Developing Communications and Change Management Plans, and Risk Assessment.
