Strategic Planning

The Office of Program Development (OPD) is a multidisciplinary team of program developers with diverse professional experience. Often engaged at the strategic planning process, this group is uniquely equipped to address the issues of each project.  

Some of the consulting services offered by OPD include: 

• Identifying the mission and vision for a particular project and organization 
• Analyzing internal and external environments 
• Conducting Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threat (SWOT) analyses 
• Conducting Gap analysis, cost benefit analysis, and Benchmarking 
• Addressing strategic issues 
• Developing Strategic Programming and advance planning.
