Health Care Operations Consulting
The Office of Program Development (OPD) has the clinical and operational knowledge, expertise, and experience to help state and local health agencies assess, design and implement operations programs for health care providers. The OPD has a proven track record in developing and launching programs that address new business lines and the requirements of populations with special health care service needs. Additionally, program development consultants can provide consulting services to address operational concerns.
