Financial Assessment & Business Planning
The Office of Program Development (OPD) professionals perform financial assessments for programs to maximize revenues and improve efficiencies. The OPD creates centralized management plans, clarifies existing agreements, proposes possible restructuring, creates new staffing models and clarifies reporting functions. In addition, the OPD manages and participates in Grant projects.
