Microsoft Project training – The CWM Project Management Office provides mentoring for the Microsoft Project application - a desktop project management tool for managers and planners who need to create and maintain project schedules and resources.

You will create a project plan file containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan.
