Deliverables and Closure Phase     (Fifth of a series of five training modules)

Session Duration: 1 ¾ Hours

Training scheduled on an as needed basis

Closure is the process of verifying and documenting project results. Topics include: Formal Acceptance of the product or service by the Client, Analyzing Project Effectiveness, Collecting and Reviewing Project Documentation, and Archiving of Project Information for future use.

You will learn:

  • How to use known Best Practices (including documents and techniques) to manage the closure phase of a project
  • How to define and verify project deliverables
  • How to procure final sign-offs and approvals
  • How to invoke the archival process
  • How to  document and publish Lessons Learned
