Mission

The Office of Program Development and Enterprise Project Management supports the leadership of Commonwealth Medicine, the health care consulting division of UMass Medical School, in helping public agencies to improve their health care policies and services through expert, innovative consulting and service models. The Enterprise Project Management Office seeks to increase organizational efficiencies by institutionalizing consistent project management processes and best practices in our client organizations.
