The Office of Program Development and Enterprise Project Management of UMass Medical School provides a full complement of services designed specifically for our public sector clients.

Enterprise Project Management Office

Whether behind-the-scenes or on-site, our consultants ensure that clients' programs run smoothly, using processes built on a foundation of strong project management principles. Our Enterprise Project Management Office, is structured to manage projects across organizations, in different locations, and for a wide variety of clients. Our Information Technology Project Management Office (ITPMO) provides leadership and sets standards for IT projects.
