The OFA is currently taking applications for Registration Funding to the AAMC Mid-Career Women Faculty Career Development Seminar. Deadline: Friday, August 9, 2013. Download Application details.
Faculty are selected for support through an internal review process requiring a complete application that includes the following components:
Please watch for announcements from the OFA and follow the specific instructions for each seminar. Applications are reviewed by an internal committee who will select the applicants who will most benefit from attending the seminar. Typically, two applicants were funded each year for each seminar; academic year 2013-2014 we will be funding one faculty member. Selected faculty are responsible for securing additional funding to cover travel and other expenses. Selected applicants are informed in sufficient time so that they can complete their application to AAMC.
Faculty who do not seek OFA financial support may apply directly to AAMC for the seminars. If you do apply please inform OFA at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can keep a list of all faculty planning to attend the seminars.
