The University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) is committed to retaining and recruiting a diverse faculty.
Compensation:
The OFA, in conjunction with the Department of Human Resources and the Compensation Department, is responsible for the review and monitoring of faculty salaries to ensure equity and competitiveness. Faculty salaries are compared against internal and external benchmarks, including the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Faulty members with questions regarding their compensation are encouraged to speak with their division chief or department chair.
