Office of Community Programs
The innovative programs and services offered by UMass Medical School's Office of Community Programs share a common goal: improving health care access for all.
We improve the health of at-risk populations in Massachusetts and beyond by overcoming health care barriers that prevent community members from receiving the services they need.
Facilitating a mutual exchange of information, ideas, and resources, our team identifies, gathers, and organizes the fiscal, staffing, and intellectual resources of our diverse partners to improve access to community health care and community health centers:
- Government agencies and organizations
- Foundations
- Nonprofits
- Community members and organizations
- Health professionals
- UMass Medical School experts
Our efforts result in the development of relevant, effective community health programs that improve health care access — and develop healthier, more productive neighborhoods.
