Worcester is located in the heart of central New England.  We would like to share with you just some of the many highlights our community has to offer.

Colleges and Universities 

The greater Worcester area is home to ten colleges and universities, some of them among the leading institutions of learning in the country.  Included in this list are Becker College, Clark University, College of the Holy Cross, Quinsigamond Community College, University of Massachusetts, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Worcester State College

Arts and Entertainment

Outdoor Recreation

With it's ideal location, Worcester has easy access to numerous outdoor recreation venues, including lakes for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and water skiing; ocean beaches for boating, swimming and surfing; mountains for hiking, climbing and skiing.  Worcester has many parks and recreation areas; there are opportunities for all types of individual and team sports.

Restaurants and Dining

Worcester is home to an ethnically diverse population and nowhere is this more apparent than in the wide variety of international and domestic cuisine.  Restaurants and markets abound.  You will find something for everyone here in Worcester.
