Baked Haddock

1 lb Haddock 
1 cup non-fat sour cream 
2 Tbl dijon mustard 
1 Tbl dry dill weed 

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 

2. Mix sour cream, mustard and dill together. Taste to adjust. 

3. Spread a thin layer over fish. 

4. Bake until fish just begins to flake. 

5. Sprinkle with fresh dill. 

Serve over spinach.
