Fruit Salad

1 cantaloupe, balled or cubed 
2-3 oranges peeled and sectioned 
3 bananas peeled and sliced 
2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks 
2 cups fresh berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) 
2 tbsp. lemon juice 
Sugar to taste 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and store n refrigerator until ready to serve. 

Makes 8 servings. 
Per serving: 129 calories, 0.5g fat, 0g sat fat, 32g carbohydrate, 109 mg vitamin C, 0.6 mg iron, 2.2g protein.
