1 Cup Unbleached White Flour
1½ C Barley flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
1½ Cups Healthy Chocolate Chips
1½Cups chopped Walnuts
¼ Cup Olive Oil
1 3/4 cup Succanat
3 tsp. Egg Replacer
½ -1 Cup Water
1 tsp. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, walnuts, and egg replacer and set aside.
Combine oil, succanat, vanilla, and water. Mix well.
Water can be adjusted so mix is neither too wet nor too dry. That is, firm but workable.
Then add the dry mix to the wet mix about 1/3 at a time. When mixed well add the chocolate chips.
Place mixture on cookie sheets in little spoonfuls spaced apart.
Baked at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Makes 24 cookies
