• 1 ½ pounds snow peas
• 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
In a stovetop pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the snow peas and bell pepper, and sauté until the desired doneness is reached. If you prefer the vegetables on the crispy side, you might want to remove the pan earlier; otherwise, let the vegetables cook until softened.
