½ lb. soft tofu (calcium fortified)
3-4 gherkin pickles, chopped
1 tbs. chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. honey
1 tbs. lemon juice
Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
Chill and serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
