Gated Sestamibi Images

The following gated sestamibi perfusion images are from a patient with a posterolateral myocardial infarct. The SPECT acquisition is gated with 8 frames per cardiac cylce and acceptance of all beats. There are posterolateral and posterior perfusion defects, and regional wall motion is abnormal in these segments. On the cine study, the posterolateral wall appears akinetic and the posterior wall is severely hypokinetic.
