Nurses invited to learn about doctoral programs on May 4

Graduate School of Nursing hosting information sessions at two locations

Advanced practice nurses and nursing administrators interested in learning more about doctoral degree program are invited to attend an information session being hosted by UMass Medical School’s Graduate School of Nursing on Monday, May 4, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Two concurrent sessions will take place: one in the Albert Sherman Center Cube at UMass Medical School; and one in the Memorial 1 Conference Room at UMass Memorial Medical Center – Memorial Campus.

Both sessions will have GSN alums, current students and faculty on hand to provide information about the GSN’s Doctor of Nursing Practice and PhD in Nursing programs. Information about all GSN degree programs, summer course offerings and continuing education opportunities will also be available and light refreshments will be served.

For those who would like information but can’t attend the May 4 events, information tables will be set up in the University Campus cafeteria on Tuesday, May 5, and Thursday, May 7, and at the UMass Memorial Medical Center – Memorial Campus cafeteria on Wednesday, May 6. GSN representatives will be on hand each day between 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
