Ware to give keynote at World Health Summit

ware-johnJohn Ware, PhD, professor of quantitative health sciences and chief of the Division of Outcomes Measurement Science in the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences, will give a keynote speech at the 4th World Health Summit, to be held in Berlin, Oct. 21-24. Dr. Ware will speak as part of the special satellite sessions “Information Technology for Health” on Wednesday, Oct. 24.

The World Health Summit is organized by the M8 Alliance of Academic Health Centers and Medical Universities, an academic network that works together with leaders from academia, politics, civil society and industry to discuss issues of current medical research, innovation and health systems development in order to find solutions for today’s global health challenges. The focus of this year’s summit will be on research for health and sustainable development.
