The Worcester Telegram and Gazette interviewed Susan Levine, MPH, chief operating officer at UHealthSolutions, about a pilot program the medical school is operating with Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center to handle patient calls. The new program provides phone services for health center’s patients, freeing “frontline staff to interact with patient standing right in front of him or her,” said Levine. The UHealthSolutions call center is a pilot program that the company hopes will be attractive to other health care providers.
