Barbara C. Olendzki, RD, MPH, LDN, assistant professor of medicine and nutrition program director of the Center for Applied Nutrition, talked to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette about the new healthy cooking program for cardiologists, medical students and doctors from other specialties.
