Dr. Fish received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, and her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University.  She serves as Senior Director of Pharmacy at Fallon Community Health Plan, where she is responsible for drug benefit design, utilization of ambulatory medications, utilization of all injectable and biotechnology medications, P&T review, co-pay issues, Medicare and Medicaid pharmacy issues, employer group pharmacy management and pharmacoeconomic analysis throughout the system.  Her research interests include medication safety, women's health, osteoporosis, gastrointestinal diseases, lipid management, and plan control. She has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Managed Care Pharmacy, American Journal of Integrated Healthcare, and Formulary.
