MassBiologics is ready to assist with the fill & finish of sterile dosage units for your IND enabling lot through to commercial supply.  Aseptic filling is performed on fill lines utilizing RABS isolation technology in FDA compliant filling suites. We can provide labeling, unit dose packaging and custom kit assembly.

Clinical Fill Line: up to 20,000 units/day

  • Chase Logeman filler with integrated stopper insertion & capping
  • Peristaltic or positive displacement dosing

High Throughput/Commercial Fill Line: up to 250,000/day

  • Bosch FLM-4080 filler
  • Peristaltic or time/pressure dosing
  • Non-destructive, automatic weight checks
  • Bosch VRK-4010 capper
  • Bosch KIV-1020 encode
