Internships at UMass Chan Medical School

The UMass Chan Medical School (UMass Chan) provides students with unique opportunities to intern with one of our numerous functional areas including IT, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources and more. You will experience first-hand the close connection between the classroom and everyday life.

Our surrounding community of Worcester is an exciting and vibrant hub. Worcester has long served as a center for many industries including business, science, healthcare and more. Also, Worcester hosts many restaurants, sporting events and more.  Worcester’s vast resources allow students the opportunity to take learning far beyond the classroom walls and incorporate their UMass Chan internship with an enriching engagement of the surrounding community of Worcester.

UMass Chan is here to provide support as you go through the process of finding and applying for internships. To start the process, go to our “Search Career Opportunities” toolbox to the right. Click the drop down menu for the “Type” field and select “Intern" (part-time or full-time) and a list of available internships will show. Review the descriptions and follow the prompts to fill out our online internship applications.
