  1. Determine the nature of crossreactivity between virus-specific T cells and allogeneic histocompatibility antigens
  2. Determine whether NK cells expressing discrete NK cell receptors proliferate in response to specific viruses
  3. Determine the mechanism by which interferon induces apoptosis in memory T cells
