Rotation Projects

  1. Clone and characterize putative downstream components of the Vegf signaling pathway.
  2. In vivo biochemical characterization of Plcg1 function downstream of Vegf.
  3. Genetic characterization of the Notch signaling pathway during arterial differentiation using epistasis experiments with available transgenic and mutant zebrafish lines.
  4. Isolation and characterization of artery or vein specific promoters.
