Rotation Projects

Numerous rotation projects are available to work on a variety of ongoing problems in eukaryotic gene regulation at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels, and the relevance of gene regulation to certain human disease states. Techniques associated with specific projects include (but are not limited to) DNA manipulations and cloning, protein biochemistry and purification, yeast genetics, mammalian tissue-culture and virology. Specific rotation projects will be individually developed by the student and Dr. Green based upon the students background, interests, and goals for the rotation. Students can choose to rotate either for a half- or full-semester.
