Change in hours worked

If the number of hours you work per week is changed this might have an impact on your benefits.

If your work hours are reduced to less than 20 hours per week, you will become non-benefited and will no longer be eligible for benefits.

If your work hours increase to more than 20 hours per week you become eligible for benefits. For more information go to the section on Newly Benefited Employees.

Change in FLSA status

If you are in a benefited, non-union position and change to another non-union benefited position your benefits will remain the same.
