The Genomics Core Facility at UMass Medical School is an excellent resource for the UMass and Worcester area research community.

GENECHIPS  

Our GeneChip scanner is capable of scanning all Affymetrix arrays including the Exon and Tiling Arrays. For more information on these new informative arrays, visit the  Affymetrix Web site or contact our sales representative  George_Dearden@affymetrix.com 

Download a free copy of GCOS from Affymetrix in order to import and view chips and generate 3' expression array data.  

GLASS SLIDE MICROARRAY 

• Glass slide array scanning service using the Agilent G6525BA Scanner for expression, ChIP-chip, miRNA and DNA microarray.

• BioMicro MAUI Hybridization System available to researchers for glass slide hybridization.
