Application Process and Match
We participate in the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS). Completed applications must be submitted to PASS by November 2nd. (http://www.adea.org/pass/) The dental residency program application deadline is November 15th. Site visits and interviews with candidates have been scheduled on the following Mondays and Fridays: December 4th, December 7th, December 11th, and December 14th, 2009.
If you have scheduling restrictions or other issues that preclude you from participating on one of the November/December interview dates, please contact Dr. Sheila Stille, Program Director, at (774) 443-2114 to discuss alternative arrangements.

- Specific Application Program Requirements
Must be a graduate of a U.S. or Canadian dental school
Must report postdoctoral Dental Match Program Code to PASS
Must have passed Part I, National Dental Board Examination
Must submit 2" x 2" photograph directly to this program
- Specific Pre-Enrollment Program Requirements
Must have passed Parts I and II, National Dental Board Examination
Must submit original National Dental Board Dental Examination Scores**
Must submit official final dental school transcript **
Must submit a copy of the official dental school diploma **
Must have earned D.M.D/D.D.S. degree or equivalent
Must be eligible for the state of Massachusetts dental limited license
(license application will require Social Security #)
Must have current American Heart Association CPR certification
(valid thru July 15, 2011)
Must be available to attend program orientation activities in mid-June
