Physicians provide full service reproductive options, family centered maternity care, and care for infants, children, adults, and elders across a number of community care settings. They also provide outreach care for an underserved population at Plumley Village Health Center, a small urban underserved practice developed in a local housing project, to long term care patients in a local facility, and to college students at three major colleges with teaching and academic opportunities for students in each of those settings. Care of adult medical patients and pediatric patients is office-based. Hospitalized patients are cared for by hospitalists. Good follow-up is ensured through an active care transition program.
