2. Expression patterns of LIM domain-interacting proteins during mouse development (immunohistochemistry / in situ hybridization)

3. Ubiquitin ligase activities of RLIM-like E3 enzymes (in vitro ubiquitination assays)

4. Stabilities of proteins in the LIM-HD protein network during early zebrafish development (mRNA microinjections / immunohistochemistry)
