Rotation Projects
My lab is studying all aspects of activity-dependent synaptic plasticity as a basis of memory formation. Thus, the followings are potential rotation projects;
1) Observing activity-dependent plastic change in synaptic currents by whole cell patch clamping.
2) Observing activity-dependent plastic change in synaptic structure by live imaging (time-lapse movie using confocal microscopy)
3) Observing activity-dependent plastic change in behavior as a result of synaptic plasticity
4) Genetic screening for mutants of synaptic transmission
