Constance Nichols, MD, MS, FACEP

Dr. Nichols is an attending physician in the Department of Emergency Medicine and a clinical associate professor of Emergency Medicine in the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She trained in Emergency Medicine at the Texas Tech University Regional Academic Health Center in El Paso, TX and is a graduate of the Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University. She completed her Masters of Science Degree in Medical Informatics at Northwestern University. She is the director of emergency medical informatics for the department and is the lead clinician on the EDIS implementation team.

She is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Her interests include medical informatics, and ultrasound. She is the editor of this web site.
