Services

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is your first step toward the help you need.  Why call the EAP?  Because you don't have to struggle with your concerns alone.  Whether your concern stems from a work issue or a personal one: whether it affects you or a household member, the EAP at the University of Massachusetts Medical School is ready to help.

The EAP responds by providing information, professional evaluation, brief counseling and referral; help when you need it. With a single phone call, you can reach the EAP and its qualified personnel-fully licensed clinicians-who will discuss with you, confidentially and at no cost, the best method to address and resolve your concerns.  Please refer to our brochure for more information and types of services the EAP offers.

The UMass Employee Assistance Program (EAP) website is intended to provide general information about the EAP. In addition, the EAP provides information, links, websites, and contact information to outside resources.  Information is not intended to replace the medical advice of your doctor or healthcare provider.
