Mental Health

Our emotional wellbeing impacts our coping ability to handle life stress, decision making, problem solving, and communication. Everyone feels worried, anxious, sad or stressed at times. If these feelings do not go away and are severe to the point of interfering with daily life, you or a loved may be struggling with a mental health issue.

Mental health issues are common and fortunately, often treatable. Mental health issues can involve anxiety, panic, depression/sadness, trauma, attention concerns, and impulsivity. Signs and symptoms vary from person to person. Early intervention and treatment is beneficial in coping with mental health issues.

If you or a loved is concerned about a mental health issue, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help. Assistance through the EAP is free and confidential. You can call the EAP (800-322-5327) and obtain the help and support you need.
