The goal is to provide a basic formula that can be adapted to any individual and situation. Using this approach, changes can be made as the individual grows and progresses in managing his/her focus and energy.
Who should attend?
This seminar is for you if:
- You have attention or executive deficits
- You are a parent of a child with these problems (remember: it impacts the entire family)
- You are a clinician, teacher, or vocational rehabilitation professional who works with those who have learning disabilities and sensory processing difficulty
- You serve clients with traumatic brain injury or ADHD
- You are an adult whose partner might have Adult ADD/ADHD

Speaker Bio
David Nowell, Ph.D., is a clinical neuropsychologist in private practice. His passion for teaching has its roots in his extensive work with conditions like brain injuries and attention-deficit disorder that limit an individual's ability to apply self-understanding to day-to-day organization and planning. A unique aspect of David's clinical work is his attention to the body, the body's wisdom, and to each client's unique history. He teaches professional continuing education workshops around the country.

From Route 495
Directions to South Street Campus 333 South Street Shrewsbury, MA 01545
North or South take exit 23B from Rte 495 to Rte 9 West (towards Auburn and Worcester). Continue west approximately 6 miles. Take a left at the traffic light directly in front of Ragsdale Superstore onto South St. As you head up the hill you will see a University of Massachusetts sign on your left, take a left here and follow the access road to Chestnut St stop sign. Take a right at the stop sign, South Street Campus is located on the left hand side of the road.
From Route 290 or 190
From Rte 190, take Rte 290 East. Stay on Rte 290 to the Rte 140 South exit. At the end of the ramp, take a right, follow this to downtown Shrewsbury. You will come to a set of lights, go straight through the lights, travel approximately 1 mile, take a right at the Rte 9 East sign. At the set of lights take a right onto South St. Heading up the hill you will see a University of Massachusetts sign on your left, take a left here and follow the access road to the Chestnut St stop sign. Take a right at the stop sign, South Street Campus is located on the left hand side of the road.
From Mass Pike-Boston Area
Take Mass Pike West to Rte 495 North exit 11A to Rte 9 West towards Auburn and Worcester. Continue west approximately 6 miles.
