Purpose
Microarray technology allows scientists to analyze complex genetic data. The Genomics Core is an excellent resource for the DERC investigators. We provide access to Affymetrix hardware and software for Gene Chip high-density microarray technology.
Our GeneChip 3000 scanner now has the 7G upgrade, enabling us to scan the new Exon and Tiling Arrays from Affymetrix.
Hybridization and scanning of glass slide microarray is now also available through the Genomics Core.
