Candidates should have a master's degree in public health or in one of the social, psychological, physical or biological sciences. Students without graduate degrees will be considered providing they have outstanding academic records and experience applicable to the program. While no minimum grade point average is required, students applying for admission must have demonstrated superior academic performance. In addition, students should have some research experience (student research assistant or employment in clinical or public health research or interventions).

No department code is needed Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended An application fee of $25 for state residents; $50 for non-residents Foreign applicants must also submit TOEFL scores
