Design, Biostatistics and Epidemiology

The newly established Department of Quantitative Health Science links and strengthens existing expertise, resources and collaborative efforts.  The new department, which fosters collaboration among existing clinical and basic science entities with the goal of shortening the time between laboratory breakthroughs and clinical applications, is integral to the UMass Medical School's research vision.
