Audio Visual Services
At the Hoagland-Pincus Conference Center, we offer a full range of audio visual equipment
and services. Let us simplify your day by preparing packets or creating nametags for your attendees. We can organize everything, so all you have to do is show up and begin registration! Listed below is a per item, per day pricing guide. Please note that it is a partial list, and you are more than welcome to bring in your own equipment.
We also are available to help with basic equipment set-up. For multiple or complex media presentations, we recommend hiring an AV techican to ensure your day will go smoothly. Complementary wireless internet is available in every room, but we ask that you notify us before your event to confirm your computer is correctly configured. Please contact the Conference Center Coordinator with any questions.
