Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities
We are offering a limited number of exhibitor booths at this event. The exhibitor booth fee will be $1,500. This includes a skirted table, chairs and general overhead lighting. Electricity, telephone and internet can be purchased at at additional cost directly from the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel. The deadline for reserving exhibit space is Friday, November 13, 2009.
To reserve exhibit space, please complete and mail the Exhibit Reservation Form. 
Additional sponsorship opportunities are also available.
In addition to a booth, exhibitors have the opportunity to sponsor one or more of the following:
- Thursday or Friday Breakfast: $5,000
- Thursday or Friday Lunch: $10,000
- Thursday Evening Reception: $15,000
- Thursday or Friday Morning or Afternoon Break: $2,500
- Conference Bag: $3,000
When sponsoring any of the above items, the organization will also receive on complimentary admission and the organization's name listed on a slide before every PowerPoint presentation.
For an additional fee of $100, exhibitors will also have the opportunity to have their company's name and logo listed on a slide before every PowerPoint presentation.
