Thank you to everyone who participated in the 3rd Annual Academic and Health Policy Conference on Correctional Health.
This year, we attracted close to 120 participants from 22 states, two countries, and 20 academic institutions.
The conference featured over 50 presentations, as well as discussion and networking around criticical issues in correctional health care. Topics ranged from mental health, substance abuse, and juvenile justice, to public health and infectious disease, to practice redesign, reentry, and workforce.
The conference also featured presentations from Henry J. Steadman, Ph.D., Lawrence O. Gostin, J.D., and David Wohl, M.D.
